NEW Aqua Jogging
Use floatation equipment to "jog" in the water with little to no impact on the knees and hips. Free to Y Members.

Low Intensity
Tue/Thurs 8:00 - 8:45 AM

Wet Workout
Take advantage of the water's natural resistance to improve flexibility and range of motion and relieve muscle tension. Low to no impact on joints - a great way to start off and get used to moving in the water. The class takes place in the shallow end only, so non-swimmers are always welcome.

Y’S Cardiac Conditioning Program
Exercise/education program for the individual who is at risk of developing heart disease or has been diagnosed with a heart condition. This program is offered in collaboration with Freeport Health Network. This is an individualized program to help increase cardiovascular efficiency and improve confidence. Phase II cardiac rehab graduates welcome. (Lower Level)

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair
is used for seated and/or standing support.
