Couch to 5K Begins Tuesday March 14, 2017
The Couch 2 5K is a program that slowly builds running distance over an 8 week period to prepare runners for crossing the finish line at the Spring Chicken 5K Walk/Run on May 6th.
Most of our runs will be scheduled outside, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, we will use the lower level track.
Our program runs will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:00pm. To help with the training you will also want to schedule one weekly run on your own.
Registration for the C25K begins February 27, 2017 and is FREE to Y members.
Non-Member registration fee is $28.00.
Entry in the C2 5K does not enter you in the Spring Chicken 5K
