Your personal trainer will design a program specifically to meet your needs. Fees:

New Member Health and Wellness Orientation
Free fitness equipment orientations for all new YMCA members. Equipment orientations will help you learn the proper form and technique for the selectorized weight equipment and how to use the elliptical, bike, stairmachine or treamills that you are unsure of. We will also provide you with the recommendations for resistance and cardiovascular training to help you meet your goals. Registration forms available at the Welcome Center.
Body Composition Evaluation
This evaluation estimates your percentage of body fat and assists in identifying an ideal weight. By Appointment Only
Fee: Free for YMCA Members only
Could you use a refresher on the Cybex equipment? Let a trained Y staff member refresh your memory and reinspire you to go for your goals. Please bring your workout card with you to class. Held in the Cybex Circuit area. Min. 4, max. 6. Call the Y to schedule your appointment.

Ask Betty Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-10:30am Betty Ellis is available in the Health and Wellness Center to answer questions, show members how to use the equipment and offer support.
Includes cardio, strength, flexibility and body composition evaluations.
