Group Aqua Fitness

Aqua Exercise – shallow water & deep water

Shallow water: Mon or Wed or Fri 8:45-9:45AM.  Deep water: Wed or Fri: 8:45-9:45Am

Medium intensity class that helps improve cardiovascular endurance and tone the entire body

Wet Workout

Tues or Thurs 5:30-6:30PM

Shallow water workout with low impact on joints that helps improve flexibility and range of motion

Aqua Jogging

Tues or Thurs 8:45-9:45AM

Using a flotation belt, participants “jog” in the water with little to no impact on knees and hips


Wed 5:30-6:15PM

Medium intensity cardiovascular workout to help burn calories and tone muscles

Group Swim Lessons
7-week classes divided into groups based on ability

Parent & Child

Sat 9am-9:30am. Ages 6mos-3 years.

 Parents & Children: introduces infants & toddlers to the aquatic environment.  Each child needs a parent participant. 

Water Acclimation

Wed  6:15pm-7pm. Ages 3-5 years.

Increases comfort with underwater exploration and introduces basic self-rescue skills preformed with assistance.

Water Movement

Wed 6:15pm-7pm. Ages 3-5 years. 

Encourages forward movement in waster and basic self-rescue skills performed. 

Water Stamina

Wed 6:15pm-7pm. Ages 3-5 years. 

Develops intermediate self-rescue skills performed independently.

Stroke Introduction

Wed 6:15pm-7pm. Ages: 6+ years

Introduces basic stroke technique in front and back crawl and reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke.

Stroke Development

Wed 6:15pm-7pm. Ages: 6+ years

Introduces butterfly and breaststroke and reinforces water safety through treading water and dives.

Stroke Mechanics

Wed 6:15pm-7pm. Ages: 6+ years

Refines stroke technique on all major competitive strokes and encourages swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Open to all ages & designed specifically for you.  Individuals should fill out the form below, turn it in at the front desk or email to and an aquatics staff member will contact you to schedule your first lesson.
