Couch 2 5K Begins Tuesday March 6, 2018
The Couch 2 5K is a program that slowly builds running distance over an 8 week period to prepare runners for crossing the finish line at the Spring Chicken 5K Walk/Run on May 5th. Most of our program runs will be scheduled outside, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, we will use the lower level track.
Program runs take place on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:00pm. To help with the training participants are encouraged to schedule two weekly runs on their own.

Members - $30.00.
