The Body Workshop
A challenging strength and endurance workout using a variety of tools to provide a thorough workout for all fitness levels
For all ages and fitness levels. Gentle stretching helps enable participants to increase range of motion, prevent injuries, and reduce the effects of arthritis

Silver Sneakers Classic

Exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Using elastic tubing, light weights and inflated balls. Parts or all of the class can be performed while seated

A fun, exhilarating, latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class that is easy to follow!
Strong by Zumba
High-intensity cardio and tone. Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music!

Gentle pose progressions and proper breathing techniques to help participants unlock tight muscles and release tension
Stretch & Balance
Stretching keeps muscles flexible, strong & health. Join us to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination and agility. Work will be done standing or sitting (no or minimal floor work).
Stretch and Core
Class starts with core work followed by a stretching component (floor/mat work involved). Core work trains muscles in your pelvis, low back, hips and abs to work together, leading to better balance and stability.
A hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
Step & Strength
Mon or Wed 5:45AM-6:45AM
A fun 40 minute exercise for boosting heart rate and strengthening your muscles and increasing flexibility. Targets core, arms, legs, glutes and back. Participant’s choice on low impact or high impact movements. The 20 minute strength component targets arms and upper body using weights, resistance bands and body weight.
Fit For Life
Fun, easy to follow cardio choreography combined with strength work, abdominal training and stretch with modifications offered for beginner to intermediate levels. Bring your own mat
