Designed to help athletes continue to make gains during the off-season by helping improve speed, agility, power and quickness.

Week 1: Pickelball 
Week 2: Soccer
Week 3: T-ball
Week 4: Tennis
Week 5: Swimming
Week 6: Frisbee Golf
Week 7: Flag Football
 
Children will be a taught the fundamentals of each sport and participate in real game time.
